Nicw staff great location and very nice breakfast
Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Any question or request I had was handled quickly and cheerfully, which made the experience even better. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel for the amazing staff alone.

Wonderful staff, great location close to the train station. Breakfast included. Could even see mount Ararat on the last day from the balcony! Is nice.

She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even helped us plan our local sightseeing. Her guidance was invaluable and truly appreciated. Convenient Location: The hotel is situated just 4–5 km from the city center, making it easy to access taxis and public transportation. A great base for exploring the area. Clean & Comfortable Rooms: Our room was spotless and cozy, with a lovely outdoor sitting area that added a relaxing touch to the stay.
The Receptionist was very friendly and they are smiling all the time. They are ready to help anytime.

Overall the place was good. The host was also humble, and we had good dinner and breakfast there. I would definitely recommend it for group stays!
Welcoming front staff. Lisa at the counter even helped us paying for the taxi since we didn't have currency. Clean and bright room.
The rooms and the area. Location, staff, calmness, cleanness .
Though breakfast was listed as included, there was no one around at the start of the breakfast hour. There was no one at the Reception desk either, so I left the key on the desk and left the hotel.

The location is perfect, the metro is near, also downtown is far away about 2 km and you can go for a walk
As a three star hotel everything was good.
Location is a couple of metro stops from the centre. Room was comfy but breakfast could be improved on
Friendly and attentive staff, felt welcoming from the start. The room was big and the beds were very comfortable. They can also cook meals for you which is a plus. When I accidentally payed extra the next time I met the receptionist lady she offered my money back voluntarily.
